DISCHARGE

If you are able to go home, you will receive the following teachings before you are discharged.

1.) A discussion with the provider about your diagnosis with follow up instructions and possible medications;

2) Medication teaching from the nurse and you should be asked to teach it back to them to confirm your understanding;

3.) Written aftercare instructions and medication instructions.
